We start with a free call — no cost, no pressure — to explain how the process actually works and what it looks like for a project like yours.

If it makes sense to go further, the next step is a paid project review — whether you're starting from scratch or already have plans from your architect. We assess what's possible, the right approval pathway, and the obstacles ahead, and give you a clear indicative cost. If you proceed, the cost of your review comes off your overall price.

Once you go ahead, we stay with you — coordinating your consultants, keeping everything on track and in the right order, and making sure your application is complete and compliant before it goes anywhere near council. Want it fully handled? We can lodge and manage the application through to approval too.
